Spinach & Artichoke Pizza
Almond Mandarin Salad

Ingredients: 3 tablespoons canola oil, ¼ cup red wine vinegar, 2 tablespoons sugar, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, ½ teaspoon dry mustard, 1 head of red leaf lettuce, 1 (11 ounce) can drained mandarin oranges, ¼ cup slivered, toasted almonds. Directions: combine canola oil, vinegar, sugar, lemon juice, salt, and dry mustard in a jar with a lid & shake to make the dressing. Then toss lettuce, oranges, and almonds together in a large bowl. Drizzle dressing over the salad and toss to coat.

Ingredients: pizza crust, 1 tablespoon olive oil, 3 cloves of finely chopped roasted garlic, 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese, 2 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese, one 13 ounce can of artichoke hearts (drained and quartered), 1 and 1/2 cups fresh spinach and spinach. Directions: preheat the oven to 475°F. Mix the olive oil and chopped garlic together in a bowl. Spread the olive oil/garlic mixture on top of the crust. Top with 1/4 cup of parmesan, 1 cup mozzarella cheese, artichokes and spinach. Sprinkle the top with the mozzarella cheese and a sprinkle more of parmesan, if desired. Season with pepper. Bake for 14-16 minutes or until the crust is lightly browned and the cheese is bubbling. Slice and serve!

The ingredients you’ll need are Ceylon tea, condensed milk and sugar. First brew your tea, then simply add your condensed milk and sugar to the tea and then mix!

Gingerbread Coffee
Spice up your cup of coffee by making a Gingerbread Brew! This is perfect to drink during the holiday season! The ingredients you’ll need are boiling water and the coffee beans of your choice, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, ¼ teaspoon of nutmeg, 1/8 teaspoon of allspice, ½ teaspoon of ginger, 1 tablespoon of molasses and hot milk. Brew your coffee as normal then add in the molasses and spices, straining them into your mug. Now you have yourself a festive coffee! Garnish with a gingerbread cookie for added holiday cheer!
